Tuesday is Last Day to Vote in Master Association Board Election The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board election ends March 5 at 5 p.m. Candidate profiles and election information are posted at the link below.
- Residents and businesses should have received either an email from kcr@ivotehoa.com or a postcard with voting instructions. If you have not received your voting instructions, please contact Victoria DeSair at victoriad@kcranch.org.
- The election is primarily done online, but paper ballots are available at the Ranch House Monday and Tuesday this week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for those residents who do not wish to vote online. You will need a photo ID to vote with a paper ballot.
- Election results will be posted at www.ken-carylranch.org and on Facebook the evening of March 5 following the annual meeting.

Ranch House Pool Project Open Houses
The Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards are moving forward with plans for a new pool at the Ranch House. The project is budgeted at $3.6 million, of which $2.25 million will come from Plains Metro District lawsuit settlement funds designated for pools. The remainder of the funding will come from Master Association Reserves and Operations. Initial pool plans were presented to the community in 2018. Revised pool plans, incorporating feedback from the community, will be presented at the following open houses:
• Monday, March 11, 5-7 p.m. at the Ranch House • Wednesday, March 13, 8-10 a.m. at the Ranch House
Stop by any time during the two-hour block to review the plans. The plans will also be posted on the website next week and feedback can be submitted via email to melissad@kcranch.org.

Archaeology Artifact Day

Have you ever found an old-looking object on your property or while hiking in Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space and you wanted to know more about it? The Ken-Caryl Ranch Historical Society would like you to bring your ancient and historical artifacts to its Archaeology Artifact Day event on Saturday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Ranch House. The Historical Society will have experts on hand to tell you more about your artifact.

The Trail Club annual meeting is Monday, March 4 at 7 p.m. in the Ranch House Shaffer Room.
