The Student Financial Services team is continually working to keep you updated regarding your student's account. Our records indicate that your student added you as an Invited Viewer. We wanted to remind you that you missed your payment due date. Your current past-due balance is $due.
Our intention with this notification is to help you avoid any negative consequences of past-due balances. A hold will soon be placed on your student's account if the balance is not paid in full. This hold will limit registration. We advise you settle your balance or ensure proper financing is in place as soon as possible.
If you need assistance financing your charges, you can read more on go.tufts.edu/finaidloans. If your student was awarded student loans as part of their financial aid package, they will have to accept them on SIS before pending credit is applied to your balance (click Financial Aid tab, Award and Documents, then click Accept or Decline loans page from menu).
The Transact Payment Plan enrollment period is open. View additional information on the plan and other payment methods. If you are already enrolled in the plan, please review your bill as the plan may have been underbudgeted.
If your student is not attending Tufts this semester, please let us know so we may correct enrollment status and adjust the bill. You may also find additional information regarding leaves and withdrawals, including the tuition refund schedule.
You may view, access, and pay your student's eBill through your SIS portal.
