Packapalooza™ Rocks Hillsborough Street: A Grand Finale to First Week of Classes

A sunny summer afternoon in Raleigh on Saturday, Aug. 23 was the perfect backdrop for the annual Packapalooza™ street festival and block party. NC State students, faculty, staff, alums and local community members flocked to Hillsborough Street to celebrate the 13th year of the popular festival.

Department of Risk Assessment Lunch and Learn

The Department of Risk Assessment is hosting a lunch and learn event on Sept. 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Talley Student Union. This event will feature a presentation with an overview of the Behavior Assessment Team (BAT) and a breakdown of the BAT’s trends and statistics. Following the presentation, there will be a panel discussion with members of the BAT including Violence Prevention and Threat Management, University Housing, University Police, Prevention Services, Employee Relations, the Counseling Center and Student Conduct.
