Community Management Changes |
As many of you know, we recently welcomed Casey Miller as our new Director of Programming and Community Engagement! Casey brings many years of experience from her career with Aspen Skiing Company. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to welcome Casey and celebrate Ali Anderson’s long tenure during a gathering on June 1st. It was well attended, thank you to all who came out.

While we will greatly miss Ali, we are thrilled to have Casey as a part of the team. Please introduce yourself and give her a warm welcome when you visit the Ranch House.
In addition to this, we are also happy to announce that Jessica Hennessy is taking on an expanded role as Director of Community Services. Jessica has been part of the RVR team for over a decade and has worked in nearly every area of the organization. In this role, Jessica will act as a senior manager, providing functional guidance to Casey, which will greatly assist her as she takes on her new position. Additionally, Jessica will also take over logistics and communication surrounding Ranch House Memberships.
Please join us in welcoming Casey and congratulating Jessica!

Helping Our Young Riders Stay Safe |
With the growing number of e-bikes, e-scooters, and One wheels in our neighborhood, we ask parents to help reinforce safe riding habits with their children.
Please encourage riders to wear a helmet every time they ride, regardless of distance or experience. We also ask that all riders follow the rules of the road, obey stop signs, yield to pedestrians, and ride responsibly at all times.
We have received reports of a few recent "close calls" on the RVR shared path involving riders and pedestrians, so please remind children to slow down, stay alert, and be courteous to others using the path. A few simple safety reminders can help prevent accidents and keep our community safe.

Vegetation Management |
Did You Know? Controlling Noxious Weeds Isn't Just Good Stewardship—It's Required in Garfield County. Garfield County requires property owners to manage noxious weeds on their land. These invasive plants can spread quickly, crowd out native vegetation, reduce wildlife habitat, and impact neighboring properties.
