Housing Supply Trends Down Again

According to monthly reports put out by the Southeast Minnesota Realtors (SEMR), inventory supply continues to drop in the region by 35% over the prior year.  For Owatonna, that number rises to 40% drop over 2020 through July.  
Sales prices also continue to climb in the area, for Owatonna they're up 15.4% to $225,000 median sales price.   One positive, new listing numbers are up in 2021.  View Full Report.
