Make Your Voice Heard: A.S. Elections

Be Sure to Cast Your Vote
Elections for positions on the Associated Students Council for the 2017-2018 school year are this week. 
You must be a current Cypress College student to be eligible to vote. Please present your Cypress College student ID with current A.S. sticker, or a printed copy of your Spring 2017 class schedule with photo ID.

College Dedicates Holocaust Survivor Photo Gallery

Featuring Photos Taken by Cypress College Photography Professor Clifford Lester
Cypress College held a dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Holocaust Survivor Photo Gallery in the second floor hallway of the Student Center. The gallery features photos taken by Photography Professor Clifford Lester, whose mother was a Holocaust survivor. Dr. Jacob Eisenbach, a Holocaust survivor and the keynote speaker at Cypress College's 2016 Yom Hashoah event, praised the College for opening the gallery and making inclusiveness and peace a priority.

19th Annual Parent Night

Cypress College congratulates Kylie Keller, the recipient of our Parent Night scholarship! The Student Support Services Division welcomed prospective students and their parents to campus at this annual event to learn about the College's programs and services, departments, student life, and campus.
FINE ARTS

Cypress College Student Film Festival

The Cypress College Media Arts Design Department will showcase high school and college student films during its annual Student Film Festival. Students from the community submitted original works to be featured in one of 16 categories, including drama, comedy, horror, animation, and more!

Gustavo Arellano: The Latino Experience in Orange County

Join Club LEAD for this speaker series event featuring Gustavo Arellano, the editor of OC Weekly, author of Orange County: A Personal History and Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America, and a lecturer with the Chicana and Chicano Studies department at California State University, Fullerton. He is also a lifelong resident of Orange County and proud son of two Mexican immigrants.
