UO COMMUNICATION FEEDBACK
There are a number of ways to stay informed during these challenging times. We'd like to hear what has worked best for you. Share your thoughts on weekly emails and what is keeping you informed.
UO HEALTH AND SAFETY FEEDBACK
Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. Please take a moment to share how you are doing, your thoughts on compliance with safety measures, and ways you are trying to stay safe.
UO ENGAGEMENT FEEDBACK
Because of COVID-19 we have to be creative to find community. Please take a minute and share some ways you are staying engaged, how remote learning is working for you, and ways we could better support your technology needs.

FINALS WEEK PREP
  • Know your schedule. Write down final project and exam deadlines to stay organized.
  • Time management is important. Studying in 20-50 minute intervals will help you retain information while avoiding stress.
  • Get rid of distractions. Turn off your phone, clear the room, and delete excess tabs on your computer to stay focused.
  • Listen to your body. Make sure to eat, sleep, and take breaks between studying to improve your overall health and concentration.

TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
  • The Climate Council will provide a safe space for students to discuss intersecting topics such as climate change, COVID-19, and more today, Dec. 3, 4:00–5:00 p.m. on Zoom.
  • Learn more about the entrepreneurial resources available to UO students at the Startup Resources Open Hours Monday, Dec. 7, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
  • Join the New Bioengineering PhD Program info session to discover new research opportunties Monday, Dec. 7, noon–1:30 p.m. on Spatial Chat.
  • Explore common post-graduate expenses and learn how to establish yourself after graduation at the Planning Financially for Post-Grad workshop Monday, Dec. 7, at 2:00 p.m.
WELLNESS
  • Learn ways to reduce stress and improve overall functioning at the Graditude and Positivity virtual workshop today, Dec. 3, 2:00–2:30 p.m.
  • Get confidential one-on-one consultations with a University Counseling Services counselor at Let's TeleTalk: LGBTQIA+ Support Mondays, 1:00–3:00 p.m.
  • Strengthen your physical and emotional fitness at the Movement and Meditation session Tuesday, Dec. 8, noon–12:30 p.m.
