  • The University Counseling Center is discussing mental health resources and coping strategies in their Duck Tails Podcast.
  • SKY@UO, a health and wellness student club, is hosting a virtual Happiness Retreat starting Saturday, May 16. Registration required.
  • A LGBTQ+ Mental Health webinar, hosted by therpist Amanda Ligon, will discuss tips on how to learn yourself and manage emotions during this difficult time Monday, May 18, 5:00–6:00 p.m.
  • The Counseling Center is now able to offer teletherapy to students located in Nevada in addition to Oregon, California, Colorado, and Texas. All students are encouraged to call 541-346-3227 for help navigating their options for mental health support.
