If you did not receive a 2023 OSHA 300 log from us recently, it's because you fall into a category of employer (either 10 or fewer employees at all times last year or a low hazard industry) that no longer requires log posting. If you did receive your OSHA 300 log from us, please make sure to post it (with your other employment posters) from February 1st through April 30th. So get it up there today! Please call or email Michele if you have any questions.

Kaya supports Portland non-profit Talk a Mile, which is grass roots at its very best. They facilitate conversations between young Black leaders and local police trainees by planning one-on-one outdoor walks allowing the pair time to talk, listen and learn.
Talk A Mile was founded by a biracial Portland family with a passion to improve the community, one conversation and one mile at a time.
At each event, a Portland Police Bureau trainee is paired with a Black high school student. Each lap of the mile, the pair are given a prompt to discuss, such as "why did you decide to become a police officer?" and "what's something people would be surprised to learn about you?"
We love when members of our community see a need, develop a creative solution, and find a way to make it happen!
