Finals Preparation and Modified Schedules

Freshmen, sophomore, and juniors will follow modified schedules May 13-16 due to final exams. Read the daily schedule and exam times to find out when your student should report to campus.

AP Exam Reminders and Schedule

If your student is enrolled in an AP class, they are required to take their respective AP exams. You can find the national testing schedule for each exam here. Dress code is enforced during exams, and FACTS accounts will be charged $94/exam.
Also note, AP students are excused from all classes on the day of their exam regardless of the exam being in the morning or afternoon. Parents do not need to call them out.
Questions? Contact Sheila Beckie.

Fall Eligibility Standards

This is a reminder of the new academic eligibility standard that will go into effect for the 2019-2020 school year. Students will be required to maintain a 2.3 GPA (up from 2.0) to participate in co-curricular activities.
The new co-curricular eligibility standard of a 2.3 will take effect as of the end of the first progress reporting period for the 2019-20 school year. Students who finish the 2018-19 school year with a 2.0 (current co-curricular eligibility GPA) will be eligible to begin the 2019-20 school year, but they must meet the 2.3 GPA standard for continued eligibility.

Keep Student IDs

All student IDs are replaced every 2 years. If your student's ID hasn't been replaced since the 2017-18 school year, there's a new one coming at check-in day in August. Otherwise, please remind your student to keep their student ID over the summer so it can be used again next year.
If your student's ID was replaced sometime during this school year and they lose it over the summer, there will be a $15 fee to get a new ID for the 2019-20 school year.
