Board Meeting Summaries
On May 7, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards held a Joint Study Session. The Metropolitan District Board also held a Special Meeting to discuss the District Manager hiring process.

Proposed Changes to Open Space & Parks Rules: Authorized Activities After Dark, e-Bikes, and MoreThe Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards will vote on proposed changes to the Open Space & Parks Rules at their respective meetings on May 21 at 6 p.m. at the Ranch House. Staff and the KCRMA Open Space Committee removed old language and added new language to better clarify or update several rules, including use of open space, authorized activities after dark, mowing adjacent to open space, camping, and e-bike use. Changes to Open Space Documents
There are proposed changes to the Landscape Rules Violation Enforcement Policies and Procedures. There are also proposed changes to the Open Space Management Plan for the landscape rules violations, cultural resources and paleontology, and maintenance procedures sections. Certification for boys and girls 11 years of age and older. Bring a sack lunch and drink. You must stay for the entire time to become certified.

Plant Sale at Community CenterOn Sunday, May 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can purchase your bedding plants at the Ken-Caryl Community Center (1 Club Drive). Stepping Stone Communities, a nonprofit for adults with developmental disabilities, will be offering hardy, Colorado-grown flowers, vegetables, and herbs.
