Preheat oven to 350 F
Tools needed:
1 casserole pan or large pot
1 spoon for stirring
Measuring cups and spoons
Strainer for draining pasta
Ahead of time:
¾ a 16oz box of pasta cooked in vegetable or miso broth until al dente (about 7 minutes)
Sauce:
In your casserole pan, or a large pot, combine over low heat,
2 T Earth Balance (melted)
1 T flour
1 t paprika
3/4c Nutritional yeast
3c organic soy milk
1/2c water
Add pasta and 3/4c chopped herbivorous butcher maple bacon (or vegan bacon of choice) and
1c Trader Joe's vegan cheese, mix until combined.
Place in oven for 1hour, and serve hot with (optional) hot sauce.
Makes enough food for 4 hungry vegans, or as a side dish for 8 people.
