New Ames Hall Just-Walk-Out Market
Dining on the Vern has a new addition: a Market in Ames Hall that features Amazon's Just-Walk-Out technology. Simply tap your GWorld card or a credit/debit card at the entrance, pick up your items, and walk out — your purchase will be automatically deducted from your Dining Dollars balance or charged to your credit/debit card. The Ames Just-Walk-Out Market is open when Ames Hall is open. Be sure to check the building hours before stopping by.

New GW Dining Meal Plans Introduced for AY 2025-2026
Students who will be living on-campus next academic year have new meal plan options available to select from. Based on student feedback, GW Dining is introducing new build-your-own block plans. Additionally, second-year students will now be eligible to enroll in the Block 175 plan. Residential students will select their meal plan during the on-campus housing registration process that is running now through Friday, March 7, 2025.

In a rush? Grubhub order-ahead (pick-up only) is now at USC and District House! Skip the wait to grab your campus favorites like True Burger and Halal Shack. To get started, verify your GW affiliation in the ‘Campus Dining’ section of the app.

Taste of GW: Digital Passport
Sign up for the GW Dining Digital Passport today. Add it to your device's wallet (Apple or Android) to join the fun. Earn one stamp for every $5 spent (Dining Dollars or Credit/Debit) at participating locations now through the end of February. Although this is a part of our First Year Eats program, all students with a meal plan are welcome to participate — happy stamping!
Participating Locations📍: Buff & Brew, GW Zingers, District House Market, Baba’s Pizza, True Burger, Halal Shack, D.C. Taco House, and Shenkman Market
To get stamped 📲: Ask a manager at the location to scan your barcode.
