UO EVENTS
  • Catch a free Grocery Shuttle to Trader Joe’s today from 4:00–5:30 p.m. with Duck Rides!
  • Come to the Outdoor Program Activity Night to play games, drink hot cocoa, and meet some fun folks on Monday, March 20, 6:00–8:00 p.m., in EMU 008.
  • Join other students, alumni, staff, and faculty members for UO Day at the Capitol, to advocate for affordable education on Thursday, April 13, starting at 10:00 a.m. Transportation to and from Salem will be provided.

  • The University of Oregon has named John Karl Scholz, a leading economist, professor, and higher education leader, as its 19th president.
  • Quack back! Submit your student experience surveys through DuckWeb and provide your instructors with constructive feedback before 6:00 a.m. on Monday, March 20.
  • Apply for the CLLAS Undergraduate Awards of $400 for outstanding undergraduate projects on Latinx and Latin American issues. Submissions open until Friday, April 7.
  • A commencement advisory work group is being formed to recommend a five-year proposal for commencement ceremonies starting in 2024.
  • The UO Board of Trustees has approved tuition and fees for students who will begin attending in fall 2023.
