From the Ranch House

Irrigation News
Attention homeowners of Old Town and Settlement:
The irrigation crew recently replaced all irrigation controllers servicing your homes. We are currently in the process of programming these and working out all the bugs.  The new WeatherTrak controllers are weather-based and synced up to weather stations that optimize watering and help conserve water.
We hope to have all the kinks worked out to implement adequate watering and water savings next year.
Please note, sprinklers in all of RVR will be turned off and winterized beginning October 11

Pool Rules
This is a reminder that per Ranch House pool Rules and Regulations, all children twelve and under must be supervised at all times by an adult or caregiver at least fifteen years of age, while at the Ranch House pool. Supervision is defined as having the child(ren) in view at all times or being in the pool/spa with the child(ren). Click HERE to learn more about Ranch House Pool Rules. We have experienced a significant number of unsupervised kids coming to use the pool on evenings and weekends and our staff cannot have the responsibility of supervising them.
