When we say that PNW summers are the best, we aren’t kidding. We’ve been soaking up as much sunshine as we can, and are thankful it’s been sticking around on the weekends. One thing all this glorious weather has inspired is impromptu date nights.There’s really no better way to spend time together than by watching the sun sink behind the Olympics from a beach.

We've also spent plenty of time swimming at local pools and hitting trails that are close to home. The hidden tree house at Guillemont Cove definitely captured my youngest's imagination. That's what summer is all about.
