Yoga for Cancer Patients

6 pm – 7 pm
Individuals dealing with cancer can join the certified yoga instructors of Kula for Karma to learn techniques for stress reduction and relaxation. The program is available on June 7, 14, 21, and 28 in the Cafeteria Conference Room at Nyack Hospital. Registration is required, but there is no fee to participate. Please call 845.348.8592.
Infant Care and Nutrition Class
6/14/17
6:30 pm – 9 pm
First time parents will be taught the basics of infant care including: how to hold, diaper, bathe, and swaddle. Participants will also learn about sleeping patterns, infant feeding, safety, pet issues, and how to choose a pediatrician. The cost is $65 per couple and classes are held on The Mother Baby Unit at Nyack Hospital. For registration and details call 845.348.2639.
