Your Summer Camp Impact

Hi Friend,

Thank you for giving our students a break from constant screen time. By sending them to camp in Williams, Arizona, you gave them a chance to totally unplug. Out in nature, their hearts were wide open to deep connection and the message of Jesus. You provided exactly what they needed.

God on the Move:

You cultivated the community where Noah’s personality blossomed as he connected authentically with us.
You gave Adam the opportunity to open up during a profound one-on-one conversation with his leader about significant life events.
Your faithful prayers paved the way for Josh to make the decision to rededicate his life to Christ!
You provided the environment where a leader’s intentional questions gave Sofia the opportunity to honestly process and put words to her growing faith.
You gave Vanessa the distraction-free opportunity to listen and learn intently, soaking in scripture during our nightly club talks.
Because you sponsored Mia, she experienced a deeply impactful, life-giving conversation with her leader, Nailah.

You made these stories possible! Thanks to you, we made it to summer camp where God is changing the lives of students across Greater Whittier.

Celebrating our Graduating Seniors

Your partnership changed lives on campus this spring! You helped our leaders finish the year strong and celebrate our graduating seniors.

LSHS Young Life gave Sofia a space to reconnect with her faith. Joining our community and connecting with a leader even inspired her to attend summer camp! We are expectant for where the Lord leads her next.

As these young adults step into their next chapter, they go knowing they are deeply loved by God and supported by our community—all thanks to your generosity.

Thanks to you, our summer program is packed with excitement! We love watching our students invite friends like Naomi and Elias for the first time to enjoy safe, wholesome fun and connect in a welcoming environment where faith and friendship can grow.

Prayer Requests

Join us in prayer for the success of our much anticipated Trivia Night on September 26, 2026 at the Whittier Community Center.
Pray with us for an expansion of our ministry’s reach, that God would bring even more students into our community.
Please pray that God would bring wise adults to join our committee. We need their help to steward this growing ministry and build connections in our community.
We pray for our volunteer leaders continued faithfulness to our students and rest for their souls over this summer.
Pray with us for Matt and Nailah, for the Lord’s clear direction, wisdom and favor in their leadership roles.

Thank you for empowering us through your prayers to preach the Gospel to un-churched youth and help them grow in their faith.
