Professionalism
Professionalism is one of the top skills employers look for according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Professionalism includes things such as how you carry yourself, how you interact with others, and the way you do work/are prepared.
Wondering how you can demonstrate this skill to an employer? Some sample behaviors according to NACE include acting with integrity, consistently meeting goals and expectations, and being dependable (e.g., on time to meetings, showing up to work, etc.).
