As 2020 comes to a close, I am so proud of how our community has come together to adapt to the challenges created this year by the pandemic. As you take time for the holidays this year, I hope you find new ways to celebrate with your family and friends and reflect on what’s most important.

Operation Green Light Helps Nearly One Thousand Customers

Last month my office hosted our Operation Green Light Virtual Event which helped nearly one thousand customers with payment options and payment plans to get their driver’s license reinstated. This program gives customers with outstanding traffic tickets and criminal fines a way to pay for overdue court obligations while saving the 25% collections agency surcharge.

I want to thank everyone on my team who worked extremely hard and made this event such a tremendous success.

While this year’s Operation Green Light for Orange County has ended, you can still submit payments for traffic tickets or criminal fines on our website. You can also find information about payment plans and other payment options.

Evictions Update During COVID -19

On December 3rd, my office hosted part two of our Legal Matters Forum Series- Evictions Update During COVID-19. This session focused on providing insights to Orange County citizens with key information regarding the eviction process and updates during the pandemic.
