One of my roles with Yellow Ribbon is to help with updating our Membership.  This is a multi-layerd project;

• Reaching out to the Yellow Ribbon Family 
• Communiciating to the YRI Fam and beyond what the benefits are of Membership
• Helping to bring current all of our Chatpers, Program Sites, Clubs and those operating in some capacitiy using Yellow Ribbon.  

One question often asked and discussed is what do I get for paying for my annual membership?  Great question!  One of the first is a discout on products purchased in the store including cards.  Additionally, it allows you (and us) to make sure you have, and contiue to have the most up-to-date YR materials/trainings available.  It gives you the legal permissions to use the material too.

New this year for our current members will be a Yellow Ribbon Week Pack.  This will roll out in July with things like The YR Week Theme, a shirt desing(s) that can be ordred, or artwork provided for your local printer, press release templates, sample proclamations and more.  

So, bottom line, it pays to be an up-to-date & current member.  We've come to realize calling every single person/site in our database will take a while - so if you know you're needing to renew (hint; they're due annually) and want to reach out before we get to you feel free to drop me an email I'd love to find a time to connect.  I promise it's all worth it, we're working on other new benefits and always wanting to hear from the field what we can add as well.
