Iowa HOME-ARP Program Now Accepting Applications |
The Iowa HOME-ARP program is now accepting applications for Rental Unit Development, Supportive Services, Non-Profit Operating, and Non-Profit Capacity Building through September 26, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. An informational webinar will be held on Tuesday, August 19, at 9:00 a.m.
Created under the American Rescue Plan (ARP), the HOME-ARP program is designed to reduce homelessness and strengthen housing stability. The Iowa Finance Authority has been awarded a one-time allocation of approximately $29 million to support these efforts.

- $860,000 – Supportive Services
- $4,500 – Non-Profit Operating
- $60,000 – Non-Profit Capacity Building
