SpRING BREAK SERVICEAre you a Brebeuf student staying in Indianapolis over spring break? We will be offering service projects on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of spring break.
A theme for the service projects will be the Jesuits Universal Apostolic Preferences and will involve serving a meal at a homeless shelter, volunteering at a school, and working outside on a conservation project. Because of limits on the size of our group from our cooperating service sites, available spots will be limited and filled on a first come, first served basis.
Please contact Nick Klingler with questions or to reserve a space for a student.

Special Message to the Caregivers of Junior Students ABOUT THE UPCOMING digital satThere was a meeting this week for all juniors to discuss the Digital SAT, which will be administered on Wednesday, April 13. On that day, only juniors will need to report to school, as it will be an asynchronous day for the other students.
Here is a link to the presentation. All students will need to use their own devices for the Digital SAT and are required to install an app on their device. Students received instructions from our Chief Information Officer, JD Ferris-Rowe, about how to download the necessary app. He will send an additional email to all juniors with more specific instructions prior to the exam. Please remind your students to check their emails and to install the app. If they have questions, they may reach out to Mrs. Erika Blakey, Ms. Bethany Wolfe, or Mr. JD Ferris-Rowe.
Your student also received an SAT student guide, and they can practice a preview of the exam by going to this link. Please note: students do not need a username or password to complete the practice exam.
One last important note: for this state-required exam, students do not need to register or create a College Board account. Please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Erika Blakey at eblakey@brebeuf.org if you have any questions.

THE BREBEUF FOOD DRIVE IS HERE!Brebeuf Jesuit is once again holding a canned food drive during Lent, March 4-April 14. Period 7 classrooms will hold collections to compete and see which class can bring in the most donations.
In years past, St. Vincent de Paul has fed roughly 12,000 individuals each week, but that number has grown throughout the pandemic. Please consider donating to help feed the 3,000+ families that rely on St. Vincent DePaul for their food.
How to HelpTo contribute to the drive, send any canned food items to Brebeuf Jesuit with a student. Benchmark collection days will happen every Day 7. To contribute monetarily, the Mothers Association has organized a PayPal link for the drive. You can also send in cash or a check with a student who can deliver it to the Community Service Office (make checks out to: St. Vincent de Paul, memo: Food Pantry). Thank you!
