COBA Tailgates for Homecoming
|
Despite the frigid temperatures and blustery winds, COBA faculty, staff, students and alumni came out in droves November 12 to tailgate for UNO’s Homecoming. In addition to traditional barbeque, School of HRT Chefs Springfloat and Baskin prepared and served delicious shrimp and grits and many tasty desserts. We also had desserts from Rebecca Rodriguez, Accounting Department chair Dr. Ray Rodriguez' spouse. It was really cold out there, but everyone ate well and celebrated our soon-to-be graduates and the Privateers.
