The UNO-Innsbruck International Summer Program is a six-week program created in 1976 and was made an official partnership with UNO in 1983. The program is held Innsbruck, Austria, a picturesque town in the Inns River Valley of the Austrian Alps.

Kheri Billy, 2006 UNO accounting graduate, has been named this year’s Norma J. Sabiston Young Alumna of the Year. Along with Angie M. Gates, the 2024 Homer L. Hitt Distinguished Alumna of the Year and honorees from each college and Privateer Athletics, Kheri will be celebrated at the Distinguished Alumni Gala at the National WWII Museum on November 7, 2024.

Four Privateer Golfers Named Cobalt Golf All-American Scholars - All Are HBCOBA Students |
For the second consecutive year, the University of New Orleans golf program has placed four student-athletes on the Golf Coaches Association of America's Cobalt Golf All-American scholar list.
Thomas Artigas, Kyle Bennett, Mason Roberts, and Matt Weber were all chosen for their efforts both on the course and, more importantly, in the classroom during the 2023-2024 school year.

Nathan Blasick '23 Selected in MLB Draft by the Colorado Rockies. The Halifax, Pa. native was with the Privateers for two seasons. After not seeing much playing time in his first year, Blasick worked through the offseason to contribute on the mound. In his senior year, he led the Privateers' pitching staff in appearances with 24.
