Alert: Update Contact Information in PALS for Important License Renewal News

The Pennsylvania real estate license renewal 2022-2024 cycle deadline of May 31st, 2024 is quickly approaching.

During this time, agents are urged to ensure their contact information is current in the Commission’s Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS). Members should log into PALS to confirm that their email address and brokerage information are correct, to ensure they receive license renewal information from the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. Please note that the Association of REALTORS® School and Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® does not have access to your PALS log-in credentials or registration code. The PA State Real Estate Commission will email license renewal information approximately 60 days prior to the May 31st deadline (around the end of March). Licensees cannot renew their license until then.

All licensees must complete the continuing education requirements prior to renewing their license. Requirements are different depending on when the license was issued. Agents can access the Association of REALTORS® School’s course calendar to find available continuing education courses being offered. If your license renewal is not complete by May 31st, 2024, the State Real Estate Commission considers the license expired, and you must cease practice immediately or be subject to possible discipline.

Virtual Continuing Education Offered Via Zoom

In addition to our classroom offerings, the Association of REALTORS® School is making available virtual continuing education classes via the Zoom platform. Our virtual classes can be booked for free with the MCE Season Pass promotion or are $45 per class. Our virtual classes offered via Zoom provide PA credit only. The following classes are available to reserve (please note we are continuously updating our course calendar through the renewal deadline):

March 13th; 6:00pm-9:30pm (EVENING) - Competencies, Responsibilities and Commitments: PA Required

March 15th; 9:00am-12:30pm - Competencies, Responsibilities and Commitments: PA Required

March 16th; 9:00am-12:30pm (SATURDAY) - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Everybody at the Table

March 25th; 6:00pm-9:30pm (EVENING) - Tackling UN-Fair Housing Starts With a Plan

April 17th; 6:00pm-9:30pm (EVENING) - A Deeper Understanding of FHA and VA Loan Programs

April 20th; 9:00am-12:30pm (SATURDAY) - How to Properly Represent Buyers of New Construction

April 23rd; 9:00am-12:30pm - The Power of 1031 Exchanges

Virtual Continuing Education Course Calendar

If you have other weekday commitments, the Association of REALTORS® School has you covered! Beginning in February, the School will begin to offer virtual continuing education courses for PA renewal over Zoom on evenings (3.5 hour courses) or on Saturdays (3.5 hour courses).
