Shawneequa Tyler is a procurement professional with more than eight years of experience supporting public-sector purchasing operations, including extensive work under the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). She brings a strong foundation in compliance-driven procurement, vendor coordination, contract management, and financial documentation, along with a deep understanding of procurement governance and regulatory requirements.
Shawneequa currently serves as a Senior Sourcing Specialist in Supply Chain Services, where she continues to build on her expertise in strategic sourcing and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this role, she contributed to the Purchasing Department for the City of Newport News, supporting municipal procurement operations.
