Second annual West Scranton Tree Lighting a success
A huge thank you to everyone who came to the West Scranton tree lighting celebration to help spread holiday cheer to West Side!  There were free arts and crafts, marshmallows, hot beverages and Santa Claus himself was in attendance!

We want to give a shout-out to Blu Elefante Events, Posture Interactive and Brianna Keeler - Comparion Insurance Agent and the rest of our community partners for helping make this event a success!

HomeOwnership Center highlighted in NeighborWorks America HSCP videos
NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania recently participated in The Housing Stability Counseling Program (HSCP) through our HomeOwnership Center. The HSCP was funded by Congress as part of the American Rescue Plan and administered through NeighborWorks America. This program has helped almost 93,000 Americans facing housing instability. We participated in two videos highlighting the impact of our participation in the HSCP.
Both videos highlight Estelle D'Anna and Olivia Roche, who were two clients of ours through the HSCP. Through their stories, we illustrate how the program has provided crucial support in helping individuals and families navigate housing instability. The HSCP offers comprehensive counseling and resources to help participants stabilize their housing, improve their financial situations and secure long-term stability. These firsthand accounts highlight the transformative impact of the HSCP and the positive changes it fosters in both our community and communities across the country.
