Reminders & Highlights

RVR Tumblers Still Available

The Ranch House still has free RVR tumblers available at the front desk. Stop by and pick one up today!
Thank you to Valerie Miller for designing the artwork for the custom tumblers.

Reduced Access Between Crystal Canyon and Perry Ridge
There is a need to restrict automobile traffic across the area in RVR that is labeled fire lane, Master Common Area, and Lowline Ditch easement as a connector between Crystal Canyon Road and Perry Ridge Drive. The increase in traffic necessitates that we close the gate to preserve the peaceful enjoyment of each owner.
Gym Use
Gym reservations are now limited to 3 people per reservation block. Please limit booking one reservation block per day to allow your neighbors the opportunity to use the gym. Please continue to be vigilant about maintaining fitness distancing while at the facility, and be sure to wear a mask.
Most importantly, if you can answer yes to either of the following questions we ask that you STAY HOME.

*
Are you or anyone in your household awaiting results of a COVID test?

*
Are you or anyone in your household experiencing COVID symptoms?

Thank you for your patience, as we implement a new way of managing the Ranch House gym.
