We are grateful for our partnership with the City of Arlington’s East Library and Recreation Center for hosting Arlington’s Walk with a Doc program. The Arlington Walk is held on the third Friday of the month at East Library and Recreation Center and Fort Worth’s Walk is on the fourth Monday in Fort Worth at the Como Community Center. Walks are held at both locations from 10 – 11 a.m. Programs are provided at no cost to participants.

Program Focus: A Matter of Balance Class |

| A Matter of Balance is an 8-week evidence-based program for persons age 50+ which includes balance and strength-building exercises to reduce the fear of falling and avoiding injuries from falls.
Did you know:
One in four older adults falls each year.
MedStar received 16,413 calls related to falls last year – an average of 45 calls per day in Tarrant County alone.
