Track your workouts in the YMCA Mobile App and move your trail marker in your wellness center. Walk, swim, cycle — every workout gets you closer to the Summit!
Earn rewards at the Trailhead, Basecamp, and Summit, and complete 24 workouts by July 15 to enter a prize drawing for a massage gun.

One-on-one support from a Healthy Heart Ambassador
Education on what affects your blood pressure and how to manage it
Guidance on nutrition through four expert-led seminars
Weekly check-ins for encouragement and accountability
Flexible appointments, in person or virtually via Zoom
