Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® and the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia are once again joining forces to keep kids in our communities warm this Fall and Winter. The Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia is a place of opportunity for thousands of children and teens in our region. It is a place where children can be themselves, but more importantly, where youth of all ages and backgrounds can develop the intellectual, social and emotional skills to become more productive and caring citizens.
As part of REALTORS® Reach Out Month, held annually in October, Tri-County will be collecting new coats, gloves and hats for children ages 6-16 through November 20th. If you would like to participate, we are kindly requesting:
- New Winter Coats (preferably with tags for children ages 6-16)
-
New Winter Gloves (preferably with tags for children ages 6-16)
- New Winter Hats (preferably with tags for children ages 6-16)

The main drop off location is located at Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® - 1 Country View Road, Suite 201, Malvern, PA 19355. SRA: Upper Darby Postpones Start of Interior Inspections to Nov. 1 |
Beginning on Nov. 1, Upper Darby Township will begin performing interior inspections along with exterior inspections for all property resales. The timing will allow the Licenses and Inspection Department to ensure that necessary updates — including applications, forms and administrative procedures — are in place. The township asks that all resale applications be submitted along with payment at least three weeks prior to the settlement date. Amrinder Singh, the township’s director of licenses and inspections, said the administration is working to move the department into a more modern and user-friendly operation. They are looking to update software and hope to have identified a vendor by the end of the year. Singh said another issue is outdated forms and ordinances, which they are working with the administration to update. Suburban Realtors Alliance will continue to provide feedback and updates about the change. Read more on the Upper Darby Township website.
