LEARN MORE BREAST CANCER PERFORMANCE RATES FOR NYACK HOSPITAL SCORE HIGHER THAN LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL DATA Results released in 2017 from the Commission on Cancer, show The Breast Center at Nyack Hospital as having higher performance rates compared to local, regional, and national centers of equivalent size. The results were tabulated using data from the 2015 National Cancer Database. LEARN MORE NYACK HOSPITAL AWARDED EMPIRE STATE DEVELOPMENT GRANT FOR NEW TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT Nyack Hospital has received an Empire State Development grant in the amount of $340,000 for the creation of a 16-patient Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The creation of a TCU will allow Nyack Hospital to meet the demand for sub-acute inpatient services and increase the availability of appropriate post-charge alternatives in the Hudson Valley region.
