REALTOR/Lawyer Seminar Series: Successfully Navigating the Short Sale Process

Navigating short sales on behalf of your client is challenging. In the upcoming REALTOR/Lawyer Seminar: Successfully Navigating the Short Sale Process (April 5th; 10:00am-11:30am) our presenters will help you understand working with the industry’s leading mortgage companies. The session will also help you watch for pitfalls. Attendees will learn how to better serve clients with a financially distressed property with a focus on understanding:
  • The foreclosure timeline in Pennsylvania and how it impacts property marketing time;
  • The ever-changing mortgage company requirements for contract and seller documentation; and

Closing: An Opportunity to Leave a Good Impression

Closing isn't the end of a real estate relationship. It's the last chance to leave a good impression and ensure post – closing relationships that lead to future business. It’s also a time of high anxiety, and unexpected issues. If you've ever suffered through a closing where someone didn't show up; where inappropriate conversations were flying; where paperwork was missing; or walk through items are dropped like a bomb in the middle of the table, you won't want to miss the FREE SWRA Professionalism Exchange on March 16th. Ridley to Create Own Municipal Authority

The Ridley Township Board of Commissioners on February 28th voted to adopt Ordinance 2037 to form a municipal authority as permitted under state law. The authority will serve the purposes of financing, improving, maintaining, operating, owning and leasing, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, flood control projects, stormwater projects, stormwater planning, management and implementation, waterworks, water supply works and water distribution systems in the township and the surrounding region. The new entity will be called the Waterfront Municipal Authority, and the articles of incorporation will be filed with the state on Thursday, March 15. The authority will have five board members with term lengths ranging from one to five years.

A real estate brokerage in Wayne, PA is seeking an Executive Assistant of Project Management. The position can be part time leading to full time. This individual must possess a strong background in marketing and social media with a focus on real estate. Ability to create and monitor project timelines is required. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as ability to manage multiple priorities and projects is essential.  Service based attitude, great ability to focus and strong customer service skills to internal and external customers are a must.
