Speed Limit in RVR: 20 MPH
Now that class is back in session, we want to remind all residents to be extra mindful while driving through the neighborhood. Children will now be walking, biking, and bussing to and from school, increasing activity on our streets.
Please slow down and drive with caution to help prevent accidents and ensure the safety of our entire community. The speed limit in RVR is 20 mph and it's crucial that we all follow it at all times.
Thank you to those who consistently observe the speed limit and help make RVR a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

The Lap Pool and Hot Tubs are currently available for use. | Safety Spotlight | Pruning of Dead Limbs |
Pruning trees up to 10 feet from the ground is one of the most effective ways to reduce “ladder fuels”—the low-hanging branches that allow fire to climb from the ground into the tree canopy. Both live and dead limbs can act as ladder fuels, so it’s important to keep them trimmed.
The 10-foot guideline not only helps protect against fire spread but also sets a safe limit for residents, avoiding the need to climb trees or cut overhead. When pruning, remember to retain at least 70% of the tree’s crown to support long-term health and sustainability.

Community Irrigation Adjustments
to Support Water Conservation |
Due to diminished Crystal River water levels, the HOA is further reducing watering across community common areas. While there is currently sufficient flow to bring water into our headgates on the Crystal River, our ponds— which supply the irrigation pumps—may experience lower levels in the coming weeks. We ask all homeowners to review irrigation schedules and reduce usage where possible to help conserve water and support the system.
