This presentation will help explain the CY2024 CMS physician fee schedule (aka "CMS rule") as it pertains to Principal Illness Navigation, Community Health Integration, and Social Determinants of Health Risk Assessment codes. Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month is an annual observance held throughout March. It was established in 2000 as an annual opportunity to raise awareness of colorectal cancer and to promote research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship and cure. Visit the Colorectal Cancer Awareness Toolkit to learn about ways to tailor your messaging for your audience and how to make your messages and content shareable.

February is Cancer Prevention Month! The GW Cancer Center offers resources and materials to help your organization communicate modifiable health behaviors that can help people reduce their risk of getting certain cancers. Use our National Cancer Prevention Month & World Cancer Day Social Media Toolkit for research, communication tips, and ready-to-use graphics and messages. Our new prevention toolkit is coming soon, but here are great resources for prevention month to get you started from the Centers for Disease Control, American Cancer Society,  St. Jude, and GW Cancer Center.
