UW NSC AI Methodology Pilot Projects

Interested investigators contact Dr. Su-In Lee

The UW NSC includes Core Services for application of AI methodology to Shock Center Pilot Project data, under the supervision of Dr. Su-In Lee, an expert in this technology. Participants are invited to harness AI methods to help unravel the complexities of biological aging data. Project topics may include:

- Developing novel AI techniques for multimodal data analysis

- Applying explainable AI to decipher complex aging models and data

- Exploring large-scale omics datasets

- Exploring the potential inclusion of health records in exploration of the biology of aging

UAB NSC Exploratory Funds
Rolling Deadline

The UAB NSC is accepting monthly requests for Exploratory Funds for new small projects ($1,000-10,000 each) with a focus on the mechanistic hallmarks and/or energetics of aging. For more information and to apply, visit the UAB NSC website here.
