If you haven't reported your vaccine booster status, please do so now. All UP students, staff, and faculty are required to get their COVID-19 vaccine booster within two weeks of becoming eligible. To be compliant with this vaccination policy, you must upload proof of vaccination status or apply for an exemption.
Students who continue to be out of compliance with the vaccination policy after Friday, March 4, will have a hold placed on their account preventing them from registering for summer or fall courses. Please note that graduating seniors with a hold on their account are not able to receive their diplomas or transcripts until the hold is removed.
Removal of an account hold may take several days, and uploaded records will be processed in the order received, so it is important that non-compliant students fulfill this requirement as soon as possible.
Students can call the Health and Counseling Center for help getting a booster. Boosters are also available at most locations that provide COVID-19 vaccines, such as pharmacies, clinics, and doctor’s offices.
