Michelin-star chef, Jan, recently shared a video on his social media channels which showcases his latest creation: fynbos smoked ice served with freshly brewed Rooibos.

In his post, Jan explained that one of the Cape Floral Kingdom’s greatest contributions to South Africa’s culinary heritage is fynbos. As such, he wanted to create a drink that celebrates fynbos to the full extent.

Tiesta Tea is a popular tea brand that has recently announced a new range of products. Included in their new line-up is an item they call "Cozy Chai". 

In a recent article on News Explorer, the top British tea brands were listed, with Teapigs being one of the brands that featured. They were hailed for the fact that their products have top-quality taste and contain no artificial flavours.

A tea brand called Pukka offers a “Winter Warmer” product which is a unique blend of herbal tea from all over the world.

Included in the list of ingredients is Rooibos. According to Pukka, they decided to include Rooibos as part of this product not only for its unique taste profile, but because it is well-known as a herb that makes you feel warm and cosy - perfect for the upcoming winter season in Europe!
