Debbie Davis

Compliance Director

Debbie Davis has been the Compliance Director for Pemberton Truck Lines for 27 years, responsible for maintaining all company drivers' medical certifications and compliance documentation. She joined the company through her relationship with John Pemberton and became a trailblazer in the transportation industry, being one of only two female compliance personnel in Tennessee. 

Debbie's favorite part of her job is accepting awards on behalf of the company and its drivers for their excellent work. Her office is adorned with certificates of appreciation and accomplishment, along with many photos of her receiving awards over the years.
