Drums Alive

Drums Alive® joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum. It is a unique sensory/motor program that is designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmical flow. It is a program that utilizes “whole brain – whole body” thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness.
Each participant in this Fitness Drumming class uses a large stability ball, a base for the ball to sit on, and drum sticks.  Space is limited and will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  The Ranch House has equipment for 9 participants.  Please arrive 10 min before class to set up your station.
