Trail Maintenance WorkSingleTrack Trails will begin annual trail maintenance on the private open space trails this week. Work started today on Lower Cougar Trail and will continue later this week on Lyons Trail. The Master Association budgeted $27,000 for trail maintenance work in 2018, which includes $17,000 for work done by SingleTrack Trails.

The event is brought to you by the Master Association, and the paper shredding is offered this year thanks to Eva Stadelmaier. We need volunteers! You are invited to attend an Open House regarding the proposed improvements for the North Tributary to Massey Draw south of the Equestrian Center. Plans showing proposed improvements will be on display, and a brief presentation describing the project will be given at 6 p.m. The Project Team will be available to answer questions.

Manor House Prom Photo Schedule The Manor House is a popular location for high school prom photos. Due to scheduled events at the Manor House, only the following times and dates are available for some of the area high school proms:
- Dakota Ridge - April 7, Photos must be completed by 2 p.m.
- Chatfield - April 21, The Manor House is booked for the entire day, so there is no photo availability.
- Columbine - April 28, Photos must be completed by 2 p.m.
- Mullen - May 5, Photos must be completed by 2 p.m.
