Earlier this year, Mid-America Radio Group made plans to move their W231BT (94.1fm, Martinsville) up to Logansport. On August 9, they signed the new translator on the air. Meet 250 watt W235CU (94.9fm, Logansport), which simulcasts Standards/WSAL (1230am, Logansport).
Eastcentral
Catholic radio programming has a new spot on the radio dial in the Muncie and Anderson areas. Inter Mirifica, Inc. adds their "Catholic Radio Indy" programming to the HD4 channel of Woof Boom Radio's Hot AC/WLBC-FM (104.1fm, Muncie), along with FM translator W252CY (98.3fm, Anderson). Inter Mirifica operates both WSPM (89.1fm, Cloverdale) and WSQM (90.9fm, Noblesville). The FM translator previously had WLBC-HD2, an Anderson targeted simulcast of "MAX" (Classic Rock/WMXQ 93.5fm, Hartford City).
Central
Theodore Turner ("Big Bink") becomes the OM for the Radio One/Indianapolis cluster. Mr. Turner last worked as the OM for Radio One's cluster in Columbus, Ohio. The Radio One/Indianapolis portfolio includes Urban Contemporary/WHHH (96.3fm, Indianapolis), CHR/WNOW-FM (100.9fm, Speedway) and Classic Hip Hop/WNOW-FM-HD2 (100.9fm, Speedway) also heard on translator W275BD (102.9fm, Greenfield), Gospel/WTLC (1310am, Indianapolis) and Urban AC/WTLC-FM (106.7fm, Greenwood).
Westcentral
After testing their signal back in May, Terre Haute Seventh-Day Adventist Church's Religious/WYLJ (107.5fm, Terre Haute) signs on last Sunday (08/13). The WYLJ tower is just off US-41, near where US-41 and IN-63 split. The tower also received a new feedline and antenna rebuild. In early October 2001, the FCC silenced 107.5fm along with the other Contemporary Media/Terre Haute frequencies.
DLC Media's Soft AC/WFNB (92.7fm, Brazil) adds Inside Indiana Business reports each weekday morning.

Summary:
Seeking experienced radio producer for two live network broadcasts daily. The radio producer will be responsible for the technical production of Farm Journal Radio live broadcasts as well as production of custom audio for Farm Journal websites, clients and internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
* Daily technical production of 2 live radio shows
* Manage automation logs of 2 live radio shows
* Manage production of various recorded audio including show promos, market reports, custom audio for affiliates and clients, custom in-house audio, etc.
* Edit audio highlights from broadcasts to use on Farm Journal websites.
* Travel to produce live broadcasts from industry events
* Assist with booking guests
* Coordinate travel logistics
Education/Skills/Professional Experience:
These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
* 1 to 3 years of radio production experience
* Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism preferred
* Expertise with Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar audio editing suite
* Strong written and communication skills
* Must have a strong attention to detail and decision making skills
* Must be able to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry is a plus
