Full Weekend - $195
Includes two night's accomodations, all meals, workshops, and the Chapel Service. All accommodations are non-smoking cabins with bunk beds that sleep 14. There are no private rooms available. The cabins do not have bathrooms - restrooms are at a bath house a short walk from the cabins
Conference Only - $115
Includes all meals, workshops, and the Chapel Service. If you choose this option, you are responsible for making your own arrangements for overnight accomodations elsewhere.
Private Cabin Registrations
A group with a minimum of 10 people may request a private cabin. Please agree on one last name to use as the "Group Name" and mention that name when you register.
NOTE: If you do not have 10 people registered and paid for by September 11, 2019, you will forfeit the private cabin and will be placed in a cabin with other smaller groups or individual participants.
All registrations will be confirmed via email.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before September 11, 2019. Cancellations received after September 11, 2019, will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
Additional Details
You are required to bring your own sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, and towels. Please be sure to bring a flashlight with you to registration - the camp walkways are not well-lit. Walkways are not paved and may not be appropriate for people with significant mobility issues. For special dietary needs, please contact Jamie Chelius at jchelius@caron.org.
