Tuesday Tip from FUMCT Wellness |
Do you know what best protects your cognitive health?
Research shows that the one thing that clearly helps your mental health is regular physical exercise. Physical exercise, particularly cardio exercise, increases blood flow to the brain which helps reasoning and memory. Exercise also helps manage health conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes which can cause cognitive decline.
