Dear Faculty, Deans, and Department Chairs,
Welcome to the Spring 2024 term!
This is a reminder that the waitlist process will run for the last time on the evening of Sunday, January 21st, and all Spring 2024 WAITLISTS will be deleted from the registration system.
We recommend each faculty member and/or department chair take a snapshot of their waitlists prior to deletion. This will allow you to reference the waitlist during the remainder of the late registration timeframe.
Once waitlists are deleted, students will no longer see waitlisted courses in their Student Center, nor their position on the waitlist. This also means the waitlists will not be visible in CMS for faculty/staff. For this reason, regardless of whether or not you plan to reference your waitlist after they have been deleted, we highly recommend you retain a copy of your waitlists.
