Job Search Tips from Professor Colin Orians, Department of Biology
Things to remember when searching for a job:
  1. Your first job will not be your last job, so be patient and let your career develop.
  2. Your first job need not be related to your long term goals. My first job after graduation was making pasta at a pasta shop.
  3. Use your network to get your first job and remember, your network includes your immediate network, your friends’ networks, and Tufts alumni (leverage Tufts Career Center resources like The Herd!)
