As we begin Fiscal Year '26, please be mindful of the monthly closing schedule to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Staying aligned with the schedule helps maintain compliance and supports efficient consolidation across the organization.

If you’ve received an advance to pay human subjects, be sure to return your completed Detail Report to Accounting (or SPA if grant-funded) within 90 days of the check date.

Missing this deadline means the advance will be charged to your department’s operating account and reported as taxable income on the employee’s W-2.

Timely documentation helps avoid unnecessary charges and tax implications!
