The Evaluation Phase of Performance Management @Tech is Open until April 5 |
|
|
The Annual Evaluations module is now active, and you can complete the 2023 annual evaluations for your direct reports.
As a reminder, the Performance Management @Tech module provides supervisors a streamlined and user-friendly interface to conduct these evaluations, fostering a more efficient and transparent performance assessment process. Once supervisors complete the annual evaluation for direct reports, employees will receive an email notification to review and provide feedback within the system to then submit it for the supervisor's final approval.

Solving Workplace Problems |
As supervisors, there are countless opportunities and challenges that may arise while managing your team. As a reminder, the Human Resources' Employee Relations team is prepared to help with conflict resolution and consultations. This team helps resolve work-related complaints and assists with encouraging appropriate workplace behavior.
Our team of experienced employee relations consultants and other staff are here to support you with grievances, progressive discipline, religious and disability accommodations, and policy compliance and related questions.

| Sign up for an upcoming WLPD course and set yourself up for success! While some courses may currently be full, cancellations do occur so please join the waitlist to be updated about openings. Registration for our courses takes place in Georgia Tech's new faculty and staff online learning portal. After selecting a course by clicking on the course title, use your GT credentials to log into the portal. You will be taken to the “Course Confirmation” page where you will confirm your registration.
