Follow Our New LinkedIn Page
The GVSU Alumni Association has recently transitioned from a LinkedIn group to having our own page. While our group was large, our content was getting lost on our members' feeds. The page function allows our followers to easily share our content to their connections.
Our goal was to stray from being a confidential group and allow our messages to be shared publicly and not trapped in a private space. Our followers are enjoying their new ability to comment to a public audience, as well! Were you a part of our old group and still looking to stay connected? Like our LinkedIn page for updates on upcoming events, alumni features, and more!

GVSU Founders Day
Founders Day is celebrated each year on October 25, the day the university was chartered by the State of Michigan in 1960.
We celebrate this day by remembering and supporting the university in honor of the nearly 300 individuals in the West Michigan community who rallied support and met the state’s $1 million challenge to establish Grand Valley. We made it happen, and the rest is history.
